Zoom Integration
What does this integration do?
When a meeting is booked through OkoMeet, a Zoom meeting is automatically created. The join link is sent to all participants by email and added to the calendar.
How to connect
- Go to Integrations.
- Find Zoom and click on it.
- Click Connect.
- You will be redirected to Zoom — sign in and authorize OkoMeet.
- After authorization, you'll return to OkoMeet — status will change to "Connected".
What does the Zoom integration do?
The Zoom integration allows OkoMeet to automatically create a unique Zoom meeting whenever a booking is made. The meeting join link is added to the calendar invitation and sent to all participants by email.
How to add the app (install the integration)
- Sign in to your OkoMeet account.
- Go to Profile → Integrations.
- Find the Zoom card and click on it.
- Click the Connect button.
- You will be redirected to Zoom's authorization page — sign in to your Zoom account and click Allow to grant OkoMeet access.
- After successful authorization, you will be returned to OkoMeet. The integration status will change to Connected.
Note: A Zoom Pro account or higher is required. Free Zoom accounts are not supported.
How to use Zoom in your events
- Go to Event Types.
- Create a new event type or open an existing one.
- In the Location tab, select Zoom.
- Save the event type.
- Every new booking will automatically generate a unique Zoom meeting link and send it to all participants.
For team events (round-robin, collective), the Zoom meeting is created under the assigned team member's Zoom account.
How to remove the app (disconnect the integration)
- Go to Profile → Integrations.
- Click on the Zoom card.
- Click the Disconnect button.
- Confirm the action — the integration will be removed and no new Zoom meetings will be created.
You can also revoke OkoMeet's access directly from your Zoom account settings: zoom.us → Security → Apps → OkoMeet → Remove.
Troubleshooting
- OAuth Error / Authorization error — make sure you are using Production credentials (not Sandbox) and that your Zoom account is Pro or higher (not Free).
- Zoom meeting is not created — check that Zoom is selected as the location in the event type settings, and that the integration is connected in Integrations.
- Participants did not receive the link — make sure email notifications are enabled in the event type settings.
